History
Diana is from South Korea and she moved to the America when she was ten years old. As she got around to being in her teens she had a lot of fights and problems at home that promptly got her to be emancipated. She was allowed to be emancipated at her age 13 and since then she has changed her name and everything else. No one would know she was Korean by her name. As she grew older however her vision which was already bad got worse and by the time she was out of high school she was completely blind in college and law school. This was when she came into her heightened senses while she could not see she could hear and sense better than the normal people.

As she got out of law school she started to work for the Manhattan's Narcotics Division as a prosecuting attorney. Despite her disability her conviction rate as she started out was 91 % and now it's 93% now she works as the domestic Violence prosecuting attorney and fighting not only criminals but supernatural demons as well. A girl with a lot of secrets she's about to learn that she cant' keep everything hidden away forever.

Overall Personality
Very good at her job, ADA Diana Hayes seems to be a friend to all (Except her family). She knows the law and knows people and she likes helping others. Although some things just tick her off to no end you'd never know causes she'd never express it, she keeps them in and deals with them her own way which is not the healthiest but oh well. She's not afraid to attack the opposite side a little in the courtroom though she's very strong willed, she's just not so good at talking about personal stuff.

As a witch she follows the wiccan law of harming none except herself but she doubts it counts. She will deny it to her grave that she's in pain just so that other people don't need to worry about her she has been on her own or with people that never did care about her so she's a closed book not easy to pry if you want a person question answered about her i.e "Your shoulder's bleeding what happened?" she'll probably tell you she's had an accident but unless you pull teeth with her she won't tell you more. When it comes to the safety of others though she's quick to ask questions and try and fix it which is kind of hard when she's that closed herself. Overall she's a good person she just needs a couple people to nudge her from time to time.

BLINDED BY THE WHITELIGHTER

Diana came to work tired than anything she had been practicing magic until early into the morning 3am to be exact and so she hadn't gotten much sleep at all. She was in a skirt blue and she was able to focus, barely but she wondered what would people say. Walking through the D.A's office she realized only then did she have a hearing to go to so she turned right around and went to the courthouse. "I'm definitely losing it" she muttered as she tied her hair up in a ponytail. As she tied it she walked and tied not realizing her cane was up in the air. She heard someone groan and realized she'd hit someone. "oh crap"

She reached out to help them up. "are you okay? I am so sorry" she said as she secretly whispered. "files" for any files they might have dropped getting them altogether she handed it back to whoever it had been. Feeling their hand she realized who it was. She smelled the perfume. "Kia? she asked. It was her friend she smiled. "I'm sorry, my cane really...should not have been like that I was trying to tie my hair and trying to walk but...we see how that turned out"

As she apologized again, she kept walking with her friend. The two discussed what they had done two nights ago a new spell they had come up with they kept their voices low trying not to draw attention to themselves although Diana was a bit conscious after what had just happened. She than heard Kai tell her to watch out but it was already too late, having dragged her cane and not used it properly she hadn't' seen the stairs, the ADA stumbled and fell down the flight of steps and now lay unconscious on the landing of the second floor.
